2010 NFL Cuts: San Francisco 49ers; Nate Davis Cut, Troy Smith Signed
Mike Singletary may have said there isn't a youth movement going on in San Francisco, but his choices for the 53-man roster and the practice squad tell a different story. All eight of San Francisco's 2010 draft picks made the active roster, as well as one of this year's undrafted free agents (CB Tremaine Brock).
The practice squad consists of six more undrafted free agents, one third year player (Bruce Davis), and one second year player (Jehuu Caulcrick). After all, if everyone drafted makes the team, who do you have left to put on the practice squad?
