Corey Liuget to San Diego Chargers: 2011 NFL Draft Scouting Report

Liuget is a 6’2”, 298-pound defensive tackle out of the University of Illinois who should make the San Diego Chargers very happy on draft day and beyond.

Stocky, yet surprisingly athletic, Liuget was named second-team All-Big Ten after breaking out as a junior last season, making 63 tackles, 12.5 tackles for loss, 4.5 sacks and 10 quarterback hurries from the D-line.

He’ll offer good flexibility up front, and is capable of excelling in both 3-4 and 4-3 defensive fronts.
