LA Clippers Show Heart Late, but Cannot Complete Comeback Against Golden State

Staples Center reached its loudest point Sunday at approximately 9:00 PM, as the Los Angeles Clippers failed in a comeback attempt against the Golden State Warriors.

While the Clips could not complete their rally from 21 points down in the second half, the upstart franchise won something more important: They beat the Lakers—who defeated the Boston Celtics earlier in the day at Staples—in generating noise.
