L.A. Lakers’ Locker-Room White Board Pays Homage to Jerry Buss After Big Win

The basketball world lost an iconic figure when Los Angeles Lakers owner Dr. Jerry Buss passed away on Monday after a lengthy battle with cancer.

The legendary owner guided his Lakers to 10 NBA Championships during his Hall of Fame tenure. He oversaw the "Showtime" Lakers teams of Magic Johnson, Kareem Abdul-Jabbar and James Worthy, then the dynamic pairings of Kobe Bryant and Shaquille O'Neal and later Bryant and Pau Gasol.
