Giants-Marlins: Lincecum Looks Solid in 3-2 Victory
Tim Lincecum is starting to look like last year's CY Young Award winner again. The "Freak" had two no-decisions in his last three start and was starting to look frustrated after his last start. The Giants' bullpen blew a 5-4 lead for Lincecum, and ended up losing the game 10-6 to the Nationals.
Tonight was a little different. Lincecum (5-1, 2.96 ERA) lasted seven and one-third innings, allowing two runs on three hits. He left the Giants' bullpen with a 3-2 lead that they would not surrender the rest of the night.
Sergio Romo had another solid outing, recording two important outs in the eighth. But CP Brian Wilson struggled again.
