All these Al apologistas that write about how it's NOT Al's fault are so enamored with Al and his vision of the Raider mystique that they'll absolve him of any fault no matter what the decisions and the consequences are. 

The same feeble minds have the audacity to defend JaMarcus Russell, pulling out the race card as usual. Because God forbid that Russell might actually be a bust, a poor athlete with no technique or discipline or even a sense of humility.  God blessed him with a rocket for an arm but failed to give him the accuracy or vision to be a complete quarterback.
