Los Angeles Lakers Repeat Bid Depends on Trevor Ariza and Lamar Odom

The Los Angeles Lakers won their 15th championships in their legendary history this past week after defeating the Orlando Magic in five games.

The Lakers were the favorites the entire season, and they showed why with a convincing performance in the NBA Finals, as they revenged their embarrassing loss to the rival Boston Celtics the year before.

Now, the Lakers are looking to repeat, as they still have a very young team that can improve. 

However, their repeat chances depend on two unrestricted free agents: Lamar Odom and Trevor Ariza.

The Lakers' salary for next season is already set at $76 million due to the big raise in Andrew Bynum's contract without factoring in both Ariza and Odom's potential contracts.
