Is Roy Halladay to The Giants That Far-Fetched of an Idea?
With the San Francisco Giants struggling to score runs, the whole world is suggesting the men in orange and black should trade for a proven hitter. But the word around the block is there isn't much available in terms of difference making bats.
Therefore, is it really that far-fetched of an idea for the Giants to make a run at Roy Halladay? Unlike a Matt Holliday, Halladay is still under contract for next season and would at-least be able to help a team in double the pennant races as would a two-month rent-a-player as Holliday. (I know, all these Halladay's and Hollidays's are throwing me off too)
