Juan Rivera Traded from Toronto Blue Jays to Los Angeles Dodgers

The Los Angeles Dodgers have acquired outfielder Juan Rivera from the Toronto Blue Jays in a trade. The Blue Jays will either receive a player to be named later or cash considerations as compensation.

Juan Rivera was designated for assignment by Toronto on July 3 to make room for Travis Snider, who was was recalled from Triple-A Las Vegas on the same day, on the roster.
