2010 NBA Draft: Ekpe Udoh to Warriors?
According to multiple sources, the Golden State Warriors will select Ekpe Udoh at No.6 in Thursday's NBA Draft.
The former Baylor Bear would give them the defensive enforcer they need and the trading away of Corey Maggette opens the door for Udoh to start at small forward.
He has the ability to play both forward positions and would be a great defender against Western Conference small forwards like Carmelo Anthony and Kevin Durant.
Udoh is one of the best shot blockers in this draft class and I say Udoh is the best post defender in the draft at his position.
Even though Udoh's offense is still raw, he can improve by leaps and bounds with Don Nelson as his coach. Udoh could turn into a great mid-range sharp shooter and maybe a post playing small forward.
