Down 17 points with 3:59 left, the Los Angeles Clippers closed on a miraculous 23-4 run to stun the Dallas Mavericks, 129-127, at the Staples Center on Wednesday night.

The run by the Clippers came on the heels of a 32-6 run by the Mavericks that started late in the third quarter.

It appeared that Los Angeles was dead in the water late in the fourth, but a flagrant foul on Samuel Dalembert resulted in a six-point possession for the Clips and completely changed the complexion of the game.
