AFC West 2010 Preview: San Diego Chargers
The 2009 NFL Season lead to another division title for the San Diego Chargers. After finishing the regular season with an 13-3 record, the Chargers earned the second seed in the AFC playoffs and an opening round bye. The bye proved to be useless, and the upstart New York Jets knocked out the Bolts in the Divisional Round of the playoffs.
Another failed attempt at reaching the Super Bowl brought an end to the LaDainian Tomlinson era in San Diego, as the team released the former MVP and six-time Pro Bowler from its roster in late February.
