Daniel Kilgore to San Francisco 49ers: 2011 NFL Draft Scouting Report

Daniel Kilgore is a versatile offensive lineman who, in the right system, can provide some stability and flexibility to the offensive line. 

The 6’3” 308-pounder from Appalachian State helped a Mountaineer offensive line that only surrendered eight sacks in 13 games during Kilgore’s senior season.

In part because of the line’s dominance, Appalachian State led the nation in three major statistical offensive categories (scoring, rushing and total offense).

Kilgore is ranked by NFLScout.com as the No. 16 offensive guard in this year’s draft class.
