Oakland Raiders Coach Tom Cable Hits the Jackpot with “Just Win Baby”

"Just Win baby" just wasn't getting the job done anymore.

With that phrase as the team's motto, the Raiders had the worst winning percentage in the NFL since 2003.

Oakland recently threw out "Just Win Baby" and replaced it with "Just Cut It Loose."  With their new mindset, the Raiders are currently 5-4 and in the race for the AFC West division crown.

How much does a team motto actually affect the team's play?
