Oakland Raiders GM Reggie McKenzie Must Keep Offensive Coordinator Al Saunders

According to Fox Sports, the Oakland Raiders are on the verge of naming Broncos' defensive coordinator Dennis Allen their next Head Coach.  It makes sense.  

The biggest weakness of the Raiders last season was their defense.  They lost too many games last season in which they had a big lead, so bringing in a defensive-minded coach to turn things around is a good idea.
