Raiders All-Decade Team: Offense

As the decade comes to an end its time to select an All-Decade team, for "The Team of the Decades. Even though it may be the worst decade the organization has ever seen. I know the decade isn't officially over, but I'm pretty confident JaMarcus isn't going to make a big push for QB of the decade.
