Raiders Stay Strong in Free Agency, Add CB Spencer, Expected to Add CB Porter

The Raiders, continuing the trend of quietly adding solid, inexpensive starting caliber players, landed ex-49er cornerback Shawntae Spencer, as announced a earlier by ESPN.
