San Diego Chargers vs. Cincinnati Bengals Might Not Be Flexed Out

As I write this, the tentatively-scheduled game for NBC’s Sunday Night Football the night after Christmas for Week 17 pits the 7-6 Chargers against the 2-11 Bengals. The Bengals are looking like one of the two worst teams in the league, as bringing in Terrell Owens hasn’t allowed them to repeat last year’s success, and everyone from ESPN’s “Mike and Mike in the Morning” to ProFootballTalk has treated this flex is inevitable.
