Oakland Raiders head coach Tom Cable pulled starting quarterback JaMarcus Russell near the end of Oakland's 16-10 loss to the Kansas City Chiefs, as the former No. 1 pick was atrocious all day long, completing just nine of 24 passes for a mere 67 yards.

So, does this mark the end of the Russell era ?

God, we hope so .

Russell has been absolutely anemic all season long, throwing just two touchdowns to nine interceptions, while struggling to throw for just 1,000 yards through nine game...
