San Francisco 49ers Need a Winner, They Should Draft QB Andy Dalton

The 2011 NFL Draft is fast approaching, and it's the only way teams can improve personnel.

Due to the current NFL lockout, coaches and players are not allowed to talk football with one another, making free agency obsolete and free agents dance in limbo.

So what does new San Francisco head coach Jim Harbaugh need to do in the NFL Draft? He needs to get a quarterback.

I'm not talking about drafting Blaine Gabbert of Missouri, or Cam Newton of Auburn, or even Ryan Mallet of Arkansas. They need a true winner.

They need to draft Andy Dalton.
